Deposit & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

For acoustic commissions payment is due at four distinct stages of the build. A 25% deposit covers initial expenses, including materials, for your guitar and is non-refundable. This deposit secures your place in the build queue. Further 25% payments are due once the “box is closed” and when the instrument is ready for lacquer. The final 25% is due upon completion of the guitar prior to shipping/handover.

Electric commissions require a 25% deposit, with the final balance due upon completion.

Warranty

Each guitar comes with a lifetime warranty to the original owner/purchaser of the guitar for any failure in the construction or design of the instrument. The guitar is guaranteed to be free from any defects in materials and workmanship. There are exclusions which may void the warranty, specifically:

- Any damage caused by negligence, accident, improper use or unauthorised repair.
- Damage caused by extremes of heat and/or humidity.
- Normal wear and tear, worn frets, worn tuning machines, or finish damage caused by extreme cold or contact with plastics or solvents.
- Hardware and electronics are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties
